About the Journal

Northrise University Research Journal (NURJ) facilitates the dissemination of high-caliber research and innovations. Its goal is to help academic knowledge grow by promoting the publication and sharing of research findings that tackle practical issues and guide practice, policy, and future study. Using the varied academic capabilities of Northrise University's programs and schools, NURJ is a multidisciplinary journal. A wide number of academic fields are covered by its breadth, including general nursing, engineering, theology, business administration, business finance and accounting, legislative law, computer science and software development, and human resource management. To promote cross-disciplinary collaboration and enhance academic discourse among researchers, practitioners, students, and policymakers, the journal promotes multi-disciplinary research undertakings.
